Please refer to the sections of this page for the Rules and Terms of Service for our made-to-order customs that we henceforth will refer to as "Wildwood Alchemy" and "Wildwood Grimoire" and "Wildwood Pride" (only avaliable during June)

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Rules and Terms of Service by posting updates and changes. It is your responsibility to check this page before placing an order.
Wildwood Alchemy Rules
— Wildwood Alchemy customs are complete surprises, and will include at least two colors.
— Wildwood Alchemy customs have limited availability, and listings may be taken down to catch up on queue from time to time. To keep up with availability, keep a lookout on our social media or newsletter!
— Wildwood Alchemy customs are items that are made to order. Lead time is 2-8 weeks, which is not including shipping and transit times.
— You will be able to choose model, size, firmness and the pricing will be equivalent to the base price of the inventory stock.
— Listings for Wildwood Alchemy customs will include photos of the toy model. They do not depict what your final toy will look like.
— Wildwood Alchemy customs will be a chance for artisan experiments, and the pours will be one-of-a-kind in any kind of configuration: wispy marbles, tight ribbon marbles, chunky marbles, splits, stripes, fades, highlights, drips, etc etc...
— Wildwood Alchemy customs will NOT include handpainted details.
— Color requests, requests for UV-reactive colors or glow-in-the-dark colors, color placements and pour styles for Wildwood Alchemy customs will not be honored.
— Wildwood Alchemy allows you to choose ONE color you dislike from a predetermined dropdown list. Please note that we do NOT entertain any deviations from the predetermined list to streamline the process and make it fair to all our customers.
— If certain colors or aesthetics is important to you, Wildwood Alchemy customs might not be for you and we suggest purchasing inventory stock instead.
— We do not offer our whole catalogue for Wildwood Alchemy customs. Please refer to our listings for current available lineup.
— There will be no refunds, repours or "buyer's remorse" if your item did not turn out as expected. The general 2 hours cancellation rule will apply. We will not show any previews before sending out your item(s).

Wildwood Alchemy Terms of Service
This TOS refers solely to Wildwood Alchemy customs. Please read through these, and our full TOS (located here) before making a purchase.
"Wildwood Alchemy" is the term we use for products made-to-order that come in artisan's choice color, style and pattern. Aside from choice of model, firmness and size they are complete surprises and cannot be customized per customer request.
Requests for desired colors, unwanted colors, specific pigments used (such as shimmer, 'sparkles', UV-reactive/fluorescent pigments, glow-in-the-dark pigments, etc) or specific pour styles or color placements will not be honored. Orders placed with attached notes (via our website's contact form, email, or social media messaging) for requests of these nature will be declined.
However; Wildwood Alchemy listings lets you choose ONE color to be omitted from your product that you are guaranteed not to get. The colors are predetermined from a dropdown list. Please note that we do NOT entertain any deviations from the predetermined list to streamline the process and make it fair to all our customers.
Wildwood Alchemy products will come in at least two colors without any large visible flaws (flops). What counts as accepted flaws is under our sole judgement. Please note that sometimes things may be missed by our eyes, so if you are unsure if something is a flop feel free to reach out and ask so we may help how we can!
Small pigment freckles, scuffs, marks, surface textures and surface irregularities are part of the handmade process of these products and are not subject to discounts, refunds or a replacement item. Please refer to "Section 1" in our full TOS for more information.
Our full catalogue is not available for Wildwood Alchemy Customs. Please refer to the listings for the current available products.

Wildwood Alchemy customs have a lead time of 2-8 weeks, not including shipping and transit times. Occasional delays may occur, and in the event of a delay we will keep you updated of the process.

There will be no "buyer's remorse", refunds or replacements of these products should they not turn out like you expected them in terms of color, style and/or pattern. Due to the customized and intimate nature of these products, all sales are final. Our standard 2 hour cancellation policy applies. No cancellations are accepted after this time window.
The purchase of a Wildwood Alchemy custom means you agree to these terms.
Wildwood Grimoire Rules
— Wildwood Grimoire customs operate on "guided surprise" terms, and as such you may provide us with an image, color/palette, word/phrase, character, etcetera, for reference. You provide us with your reference, we will interpret them, and pour you a piece of art based on your wishes!
— You acquire a slot through a reservation listing. When listings go live, you can purchase up to two slots per household* with a reservation fee of 400 SEK.
One slot equals one toy. Household* in this case meaning the same shipping address.
— Please be courteous to your fellow customers and do not try to circumvent this rule by having someone else purchase extra listings for you. If we suspect that this is the case, we will refund the order and issue a warning.
— Have your reference ready, and email us with your desired request/prompt, model, size and firmness within 48 hours once you have payed the reservation fee. We will, at our discretion, either approve or decline your request. Approved requests will be sent a separate invoice with the base price for the model and size of your choosing. Declined requests will be refunded and relisted.
— If you do not get back to us within 48 hours with your desired prompt/request, much like with tattoo artists, you will NOT get the reservation fee refunded.
— Once we have gotten your email and accepted your original request/prompt, any further inquiries to change your request/prompt will be declined.
— YES! Any images, color(s), color palettes or words/phrases. Original characters, fursonas, characters from existing franchises, other pieces of media like video games/movies. Previous toys we have poured (but we cannot guarantee they will look the same!). You can submit multiple prompts in the same email, and we will either choose one, or mix them up as desired.
— NO! Toys already made by other toy makers or manufacturers. Specific requests for pour styles and placement. Requests for handpainted details.

— Requests for UV, glow-in-the-dark, specific color placements, handpainted details and pour styles for Wildwood Grimoire customs will not be honored. Such requests will be declined and refunded, as is stated above.
— Monitor screens can display color differently, and some people perceive color differently as well, so keep in mind that what you see may not be 100% identical to what we see.
— Since silicone is a liquid medium, sometimes colors may blend in unpredictable ways. Soft and Extra Soft firmnesses tend to do this more often, so if you see a bit of an additional color you did not include in your request this is the reason why. Getting additional colors in your toy from unintentional color blending is NOT a valid reason for a refund. Keep in mind, these all have the element of surprise!
— Wildwood Grimoire customs may get batch poured, so there is a possibility you will see similar toys in inventory drops.
— Wildwood Grimoire customs have very limited availability, and listings will be sporadical. To keep up with availability, keep a lookout on our social media or newsletter!
— Wildwood Grimoire customs are items that are made to order. Lead time is 2-8 weeks, which is not including shipping and transit times. In case of any eventual delays, we will keep you updated.
— If we accept your request/prompt, the reservation fee of 400 SEK will be NOT be refunded or subtracted from the base price of the model and size.
Example: The total price for a Wildwood Grimoire for a Small Näcken at 700 SEK would be 1100 SEK.
— Listings for Wildwood Grimoire customs will include photos of the toy model. They do not depict what your final toy will look like.
— Wildwood Alchemy customs will NOT include handpainted details.
— We are not mind-readers, we will most likely not make an exact 1:1 copy of what you had in mind and we might interpret the prompt differently than you think! If "what you see is what you get "is important to you, Wildwood Grimoire customs might not be for you and we suggest purchasing inventory stock instead.
— Adding above, while Wildwood Grimoire customs are based on your input, they are still SURPRISES and NOT full customs. Keep this in mind while ordering!
— Our whole lineup is avaliable for Wildwood Grimoire customs, excluding lockered models. Yes, even the squishies!
— There will be no refunds, repours or "buyer's remorse" if your item did not turn out as expected. This includes the aforementioned unintentional color blending, and screen discrepancy. The general 2 hours cancellation rule will apply for reservation slots. We will not show any previews before sending out your item(s).

Wildwood Grimoire Terms of Service
This TOS refers solely to Wildwood Grimoire customs. Please read through these, and our full TOS (located here) before making a purchase.
"Wildwood Grimoire" is the term we use for products made-to-order that come in Guided Surprise form. This means the customer may submit images, color palettes, or other references for us to interpret into a custom pour. Keep in mind, these are still technically surprises!
Requests for desired pour styles (such as 'marbles' or 'drips'), specific pigments used (such as shimmer, 'sparkles', UV-reactive/fluorescent pigments, glow-in-the-dark pigments, etc), color placements, or handpainted details will not be honored. Please be sure that the guided request is what you would like as any later notes for changes after the initial email will be declined.
Wildwood Grimoire products will be sent without any large visible flaws (flops). What counts as accepted flaws is under our sole judgement. Please note that sometimes things may be missed by our eyes, so if you are unsure if something is a flop feel free to reach out and ask so we may help how we can!

— Wildwood Pride customs operate on "guided surprise" terms with a Pride-theme, and you may provide us with a Pride flag, a palette, set of colors, or a picture based on a Pride flag. We will NOT accept any prompts that are unrelated to Pride flags or flags that are bigoted/harmful in nature. You provide us with your reference, we will interpret them, and pour you a piece of art based on your wishes!
— You acquire a slot through a reservation listing. When listings go live, you can purchase up to two slots per household* with a reservation fee of 400 SEK.

— NO! Anything that is unrelated to Pride flags. Pride flags that are bigoted or harmful/abusive in nature.
— Requests for UV, glow-in-the-dark, specific color placements, handpainted details and pour styles for Wildwood Pride customs will not be honored. Such requests will be declined and refunded, as is stated above.
— Monitor screens can display color differently, and some people perceive color differently as well, so keep in mind that what you see may not be 100% identical to what we see.
