Important information regarding US shipping

Yes, we ship to the US!

As you might be aware, US removed De Minimus for international shipments on August 29, which means that all shipments are now subject to customs fees. Previously, any shipments below $800 were not subject to any customs fees, which has been the bulk of our orders.

While some small businesses have halted shipments to the US completely, we are still shipping as normal!

Here are some important key points:

  • Since the removal of De Minimus on August  29, our standard shipping carrier Postnord has halted all shipments to the US via USPS.
  • We are still shipping with UPS and DHL Express.
  • We have temporarily lowered the UPS shipping fee to approximately match our Postnord fee at 200 SEK (approx. 21$.)
  • We are currently having a temporary adjustment period where you may show us proof of paid import fees and we will reimburse 15% of the total order fee in store credit.
  • The brokerage fee for UPS is $14. So, this means if your total order with us is 1000 SEK (approx. $106) your import fee will be $16. The added brokerage fee at $14 means your total import fee will land on approx. $30. Most of our customers end up paying a total of $20 to $50, with a chunk of that being refunded as store credit.
  • If there are any hiccups along this process, we'll take care of it for you!

Since there is no HS code specifically for adult toys, we ship our toys is as "Misc plastic items" as instructed by the Swedish customs office, for added disrection (Rubber is categorized differently, the more you know!) 
There are no extra tariffs or fees added for plastic items specifically.

As of today, October 20, recent UPS orders are reaching our customers in 3-5 business days. We are in close communication with our third-party shipment provider about the recent events so we can quickly resolve any issues that might arise.
